Gavrilov, several hundred people passed through the streets of Voronezh. Participants in the so-called Red March put forward slogans to counter the arbitrariness of the administrative authorities, attempts to reduce scholarships, further impoverishment of ordinary Russians, increase prices and tariffs, and the like.

At the rally, the leaders of the local representative office of the Communist Party appealed to the people. They spoke with alarm about the approaching voting day, fixing multiple violations of the law during the election campaign.

According to the speakers, this is explained by the fact that supporters of the Communist Party are increasingly gaining momentum. This was the reason for dropping slanderous leaflets, splashing dark paint on candidate propaganda posters, and trying to remove the head of the regional party cell from the race.

It has been suggested that twenty thousand absentee ballots issued by regional election commissions can be used in the so-called roundabouts.

Calls from some government officials to districts were recorded to force observers to refuse to participate in an election campaign.
